START WITH THE FRICTION

Interest needs a next step.

Nurture is useful when people need time, context or reassurance before a sales conversation. Start where follow-up currently falls through.

Follow-up depends on memory.

Enquiries sit in an inbox or spreadsheet until someone finds time to reply.

Every lead gets the same message.

Different needs, sources and buying stages are treated as one list.

Sales loses the context.

Your team cannot easily see what was sent, how a lead responded or why follow-up stopped.

PRACTICAL STARTING POINTS

Useful follow-up. At the right moment.

We define who enters each journey, what they receive, how timing works and what ends or changes the sequence.

01

New enquiry follow-up

Acknowledge interest and guide a lead towards an appropriate next step.

WHAT WE PLAN

Lead source, permission to follow up, response timing and a lead owner.

WORKING TOWARDS

A consistent starting journey with a clear sales handover.

02

Education before a decision

Share the information people need to compare options and understand your offer.

WHAT WE PLAN

Segments, common questions, useful content and buying-stage criteria.

WORKING TOWARDS

A relevant sequence with room for a person to step in.

03

Re-engagement

Give eligible older leads a relevant reason to reconnect.

WHAT WE PLAN

List quality, contact eligibility, message relevance and exit rules.

WORKING TOWARDS

A focused sequence with a clear point to stop or hand over.

04

Sales conversation support

Keep the workflow aligned once someone replies, books or becomes a customer.

WHAT WE PLAN

CRM status changes, team notifications and rules to pause or stop messages.

WORKING TOWARDS

Clear ownership without competing automated messages.

A JOURNEY, NOT JUST A SEQUENCE

See the work
move forward.

Explore three illustrative journeys. Actual channels, delays and triggers are agreed around your audience, systems and contact permissions.

JOURNEY DESIGN / RELEVANCE

Different leads. Different next steps.

Match the next message to the lead’s needs and buying stage.

Group leads using useful information, such as where they came from, what they asked about and where they are in the buying journey. Agree when someone should move to a different follow-up sequence.

JOURNEY DESIGN / CONTROL

A reply should change the journey.

Clear pause and exit rules keep your team in control.

Agree what happens when a lead replies, opts out, books, becomes a customer or needs manual attention. Define an owner and test those branches before launch.

These are illustrative workflow concepts, not completed client case studies or verified performance results.

BEFORE THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Good questions.
Clearer decisions.

Channels, content, setup timing, contact eligibility, CRM connections and costs. Get practical clarity before you enquire.

Start with one lead source.

Tell us where leads come from and what currently happens after they enquire.

  • Your lead sources
  • Your CRM or follow-up tools
  • Where the next step gets missed

We’ll help you think through the right scope.

It is a defined follow-up journey that uses agreed triggers, timing and messages to help a lead take the next step. It includes rules for stopping, changing the sequence or handing the conversation to a person.

We review your CRM, email and messaging tools, account permissions and contact eligibility before confirming channels. Required platform plans and sending costs are clarified in the proposal.

We agree who supplies or creates the messages, which assets are required and who approves them. Copywriting and design responsibilities are stated in the scope before the build.

We define and test pause, exit and handover rules. An opt-out should stop the relevant messaging; a reply, booking or customer-status change follows the agreed workflow and alerts the right owner.

We review integration access, field quality, duplicates and contact eligibility first. A database alone does not establish permission to message everyone. Any cleanup and migration work is scoped separately.

We agree useful measures such as replies, qualified conversations, bookings and handover completion, using the data your tools can provide. Build cost depends on journeys, content, channels, integrations and testing. Software and sending costs are clarified separately.

Timing depends on the number of journeys, the content required, the quality of your lead data and the integrations involved. We confirm the delivery plan after reviewing your tools, access and approval process, before implementation starts.
